I solve problems for leading global  Institutions and Governments providing software solutions that manipulate complex data sets in intricate/extended workflows.

I participate in:

1.      Sales/Pre-sales: Leading and/or supporting the development of new market(s), new clients or increase share of wallet of existing. Used consultative sales approach to identify internal or external client’s opportunities and develop effective business case/proposals. Assess technical fit of methods/technologies/solutions to client problems and provide actionable roadmap.

2.      Program Management and Delivery: Creating and negotiating functional and technical specifications and project plans that deliver them.  Staffing and orchestrating teams ensuring on-time on-budget delivery using cascade or Scrum methodologies as a product owner or Scrum master. Obtaining final client acceptance. Manage multiple projects within a P&L group/practice and delivering or exceeding target profitability.

3.      Practice/Team development: Managing attrition and recruitment. Negotiating resources in a matrixed organization. Planning, designing and delivering training programs. Coach staff on performance optimization and organizational development.

The last years, I delivered projects in the following areas: Financial Risk Management, M&A, Insurance, Cyberisk, Fraud Discovery, Auditing, Wealth Management, Valuation, Economic Policy, Global Compliance, Customer Experience Management, and others.


A High-performance athlete with interest in yoga, cycling and swimming. Lived in 7 countries. Translated the works of the Roman philosopher Epictetus, founder of the Stoic tradition.
